Acceptance of Terms
By engaging The Porterstone Tech for website design, development, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which form a binding agreement between you ("the Client") and The Porterstone Tech ("the Firm").
If you are entering this agreement on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
Services & Delivery
Service Scope
We provide website design, development, redesign, SEO, e-commerce, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed upon before work begins.
Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may shift based on the complexity of the project, how quickly feedback and content are provided, and the scope of any revisions requested.
Payment Terms
Payment terms (including deposit requirements, milestones, and final payment) are agreed upon per project before work begins. Prices do not include third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, or stock imagery unless explicitly stated.
Intellectual Property
Upon full and final payment, ownership of the completed website and its custom design transfers to the Client. The Porterstone Tech retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Porterstone Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from third-party service outages (hosting, domain registrars, payment gateways), content provided by the Client, or misuse of the delivered website beyond our direct control.
Termination
Either party may terminate an active engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the point of termination will be billed according to the agreed payment schedule. Immediate termination is permitted in the event of a material breach, including non-payment.
